01 — The business

Mysa Hosts is a hospitality and property management business, looking after short-stay properties and the guests who book them.

02 — The challenge

The business needed an online presence that matched the standard of the properties it manages: somewhere to explain the service clearly to property owners, answer the obvious questions before they are asked, and make getting in touch straightforward.

03 — The approach

We started with the two audiences the site has to serve — property owners considering the service, and guests looking for reassurance — and structured the pages around what each one needs to know. Content was planned first, then the design was built around it rather than the other way round.

04 — The build

An editorial layout with a clear hero, plainly written service sections and a single obvious enquiry route. The site is built mobile-first, so the phone experience is the primary one rather than a shrunken desktop page.
